Hysteropingogram ~ results: tubes clear
Semen Analysis ~ Volume: 2.4 ml, Motility: 60% (delayed testing of sample which affects the motility, so this number is skewed), Morphology: 13%, Count: 159 Mil per ml (159M x 2.4 = 381 Mil sperm count)
Day 3 hormone panel ~ FSH 4.3 U/L, LH 5.6 U/L, Prolactin 26.4 Ug/L

I’m ovulating regularly but late in the cycle, late CD20’s

November 2006
OB prescribes Clomid (50mg) for three cycles
All end in BFN

February 2007
Consult with RE (Fertility Specialist)
Cyst found on right ovary, 30mm diameter.
Break Cycle (no meds)

April 2007
RE prescribes Clomid (100mg) monitored this time,
with U/S on CD3, 10, 15 and 17
No follies maturing (cyst still there)
Biphasic Chart & progesterone test of 13 so according to tests, I ovulated but RE can’t see anything.
IUI #1 was cancelled due to poor response.

Day 3 Estradiol = 112 pmol/l
Puregon 50 IU – days 3,4,5
Day 6 Estradiol = 148 pmol/l
Puregon 100 IU – days 6,7,8
Day 9 Estradiol = 340 pmol/l
Puregon 100 IU – days 9,10
Day 11 U/S – 2 follies on right, 10.5 mm & 11.5 mm
Day 11 Estradiol = 353 pmol/l
Puregon 75 IU – days 11-15
Day 13 Estradiol = 454 pmol/l
Day 14 U/S – 2 follies on left & 1 on right (didn’t get measurements)
Day 16 U/S – 1 lead follie @ 17.5 on right, left ones smaller but didn’t get measurements…grrr…

LP – Prometrium Suppositories 200mg x 2 / day
11 day LP (spotting on day 10) ~ LP shortened by 2 days
